After staying here for 1 month here's what i can tell you. Pros : Friendly and helpful staff / Nice Common area with billiard table / Relatively clean swimming pool / Relatively affordable Cons : Extremely noisy , and i cant stress this enough, the cleaning staff is beyond loud , the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything and everything at any given time , and the owner houses his dog that barks 24/7 on the roof so make sure you DONT get the 7th floor or else you wont sleep at night / The hygiene is bad, the sheets are stained and the room has a bad odour, but ive seen worse so its whatever/ it is a 40 minute walk from the nearest station so you need to pay 60baht daily just to go back and fourth to the station Total Rate : 2.5/5 Note : Make sure to not pay more than 15$ per night as it's not worth more than that and the prices goes up the more you book which is really surprising as it should go down.

Can’t complain it’s so cheap for high season. So still save even though I have to get taxi’s to more centre of Bangkok. Pool is great. Tiny gym but I can get a workout done. Large room. Cool AC. No smart tv. Only used as a base for a week. Would consider again if still as cheap next time.

Very nice place overall. Just a little bit out of the way of everything. But it's quiet if that's your thing.
