Excellent customer service! Nicholas, at the restaurant speaks English and is very accommodating. All the employees in uniform were warm and friendly. The scene and atmosphere are to die for.

Great experience, Quiet atmosphere and very friendly staff, delicious and varied food. The beach is very private and quiet.

One of the best hotels in Colombia Beautiful property / impeccable rooms Great pool and enjoyed the private beach. The breakfast was excellent The restaurant menu was also good and lots of options. If you never been to this area - know that this is just a resort and there is nothing to do around it. I would not even recommend going to the closer towns of Covenas and Tolu.

We had booked one night for 8 people. We were arriving in our own vessel (a catamaran) and they failed to tell us before arriving that if the tide was high the could not pick us from the catamaran. At the time we arrived, and we were close to their location they said that they could not pick up us and we should find a way to get there by car. The nearest port where we could dock our catamaran was one hour away of sailing in choppy and dangerous waters plus an hour by car to get to their place (if we found any transportation close to that dock and at night). While we were all waiting in the catamaran and the tide was getting worse I must have called them at least 10 times to figure out if they could help us find another boat from the area as we were not seeing any close by. They continued hanging up on me and saying "So sorry, its not our problem". As the afternoon was falling and the ties getting more dangerous we needed to find a place to moore for the night. The hotel then charges me the full amount and sends me an email saying that we were a no-show. The full amount was USD 1,300 for one night. I started calling them again to reason with them to reach an agreement because they failed to provide a service and they continued hanging up on me. Could never speak to a manager and was never able to get passed the person who attends probably at the desk. This hotel is advertised as luxury in the region, yet their customer service is absolutely awful. We lost USD 1,300 and had an awful and dangerous time in the water.

Beautiful property, everything looks exactly like the pictures. Staff went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a place to just purely relax, look no further.

I was eagerly looking forward to staying with my family of over 20 people at this hotel, but unfortunately, the hotel has made it incredibly challenging for international travelers to pay via credit cards issued outside of Colombia. Despite my best efforts to work with the hotel and reaching out to PlacetoPay and PayU platforms directly, the hotel refused to follow the guidelines provided by those platforms. It's unacceptable that making a reservation of over 8,000 US dollars is so complicated. This level of poor business management and horrible customer service is enough to make me question the quality of their service once we arrive.
