Front desk and house keeping very nice. The room did have some previous damaged areas but was still comfortable to stay in.

First, there's no fee breakfast. You're not even allowed in the lobby. Second, many of the fixtures, including the bathtub handle had been taken off of their perspective places. Third, it was FILTHY. Fourth, they gave us 1 bath mat, 1 wash cloth, 1 hands towel, and ZERO bath towels. Our reservation was for a king bed, they put us in a double room. The refrigerator did not work so our leftover from dinner had to be thrown out. And the very thin blankets in the non-smoking room had cigarette burns on them. We will not book her again.

room was not very clean, no remote for TV and mini fridge didn't work at all, and they still charged a separate room deposit ! would not recommend.

The mattress where very hard n thin. The bed cover/spread was stained with who knows what.

When I arrived there was no staff at the front desk, I waited about 10 minutes. The cleaning is terrible, there was no toilet paper, the bathroom was dirty, hair everywhere, a lot of mold in the bathtub...

They give me a dirty room first then my room had blankets with cigarettes burns, dirty walls just not worth it to stay here

Going through renovations for the past 7 months. Rooms are horribly dirty. Burned Foil for ***** left in room, hair everywhere, blood in tub, leaking toilets, sheets not changed, carpet not vacuumed, and the list goes on.
