The employees at the front desk were very helpful. The room was clean as usual and it is very spacious, it has all the amenities needed for a stay away from home.

Hard to find. Ice maker was broken. Spots on the sofa. It was a suite so it was nice to have a "sitting" area. I think the people running it need help. Very nice but I think they're in over their heads.

This hotel was a horrible stay, the breakfast they serve is very minimal, slice bread. The room had a very bad odor and very humid. The air unit sounded like a hurricane. Was not able to get any sleep.

The hotel needs to be remodeled completely, the carpet looks from the 90s and was incredibly dirty and old. My room had marks and stains all over the walls, the breakfast was garbage, it looked like I was staying in a rundown hotel in Mexico.

The front desk lady barged In to our room accused us of smoking in the room and threatened to throw us out and now just tried to charge us a hundred dollars for no reason on our card....we would like a complete refund of our stay there...the vents didnt work in the bathroom, the bathroom door had a hole punched in it. The bal let on top of the bed had a real bad stain on it, the front desk lady accused and the maintaince boy tried to enter our room while my wife was getting dressed and the front desk lady insisted on our smoking on the room. But this time withdrew her threats of the police, but if she smelled smoke again she would throw us out. We went to work and packed up later that night after the property tried to pull a hundred dollars out ofnaccpunt withoit our knowledge. We left at 1:40 am because we dodnt feel safe....

My room door never open, it need to be fix,I have to go back to first floor and fix my key and came back to the se one floor in order to unlock the door

Poor location, room cleaning was bad and breakfast was terrible. Hotel was practically empty. Overpriced for location/service.
