I’m pretty tough on hotel reviews. Two things, one, it was loud in our room when the AC (or whatever it was) came on a few times during the night. Secondly, the pillows were just too soft for my liking. That said, it wasn’t that loud, and I slept like a 3 year old after 5 hrs at the park. The bed was perfect, the sheets were excellent, the room service was phenomenal, and checking in and out was a breeze. I recommend the Supper restaurant, and the hotel bar was reminiscent of The Continental in the John Wick series, but better. It truly was the most relaxing place I have been too, and I have traveled the world.

Excellent service and charming/unique hotel. Enjoyed dinner at supper and time at the pool. Good location to explore pearl, river walk, Alamo. Free coffee delivered to room and in lobby, which was amazing. Lots of complimentary waters around the hotel all day.

Exceptional service - every one of their staff are polite and willing to spend time to share with you what they have to offer and how to enhance your experience ( the bar at Supper have the best spicy margaritas and an incredible team behind the bar )

Mercedes was a wonderful server at Supper! She gave awesome food recommendations and was lovely to talk to! We will definitely be asking her again the next time we come and I suggest you do the same. The lattes and smoked salmon with poached eggs was DELICIOUS!!!

Hotel Emma distinguishes itself as a mixture of historic charm and modern comfort, with many guests admiring the hotel's sophisticated atmosphere. The people at the valet, bellhops and reception are very friendly, especially Amy, the lady who checked us in. Our immaculate Landmark Double Queen room with a spectacular view of the Pearl grounds was extremely comfortable as was the bed with crisp white linens and fabulous pillows. Spacious bathroom and a very spacious shower with toiletries provided. Our son was married at Hotel Emma during our stay. The staff (bartenders, waiters, and waitresses) for the wedding were wonderful. Complements to the chef, our guest’s main course was Espresso Rubbed Filet Mignon, which was followed by dessert, the Goat Cheesecake with Passion Fruit was amazing. The pastry chef also made the wedding cake, which was beautifully done and delicious. We had a first-class wedding at Hotel Emma! I highly recommend you stay at this hotel, and I am sure that you will never regret it. Worth every penny!!!!

Great service really interesting old building and a fantastic bed. Staff is really attentive and goes out of their way. Loved Sternewirth, the bar, especially with the hotel guest seating areas. The valet had our car brought out within minutes and the breakfast service was fantastic at Supper. Can’t complain about a thing. Bravo all!

I’ve been here multiple times and this was just not a good experience one the valet was super slow when arriving, and on top of that when leaving, they were too busy all talking to one another to realize that I guess was in need of their car. I ended up getting in on my own only to find my lights were never turns off, when I asked why my lights were on the valet, simply said I’m not sure I didn’t get it …. I won’t be back.
