El personal muy atento y disponible a las necesidades. Lo malo de las instalaciones es que no funcionaba la pileta climatizada, las habitaciones muy chicas , no son lo que parecen en fotos, almohadas muy viejas y desgastadas. Al desayuno le falta un poco mas de opciones ( cereales..yoghurt y frutas). La ubicacion es excelente.

HORRIBLE!!! Por favor no vayan. La peor experiencia de nuestra vida. Sin toallas, las almohadas con olor nauseabundo, las sabanas espantosas (parecía que las usaron varios, sin cambiarlas), el edificio se cae a pedazos, es más que sin mantenimiento. El ventilador sucio y oxidado se prendía con un hilo colgando, el control remoto no funcionaba (así que no sé si la televisión funcionaba). los muebles despintados, no funcionaban los enchufes. Humedad, etc. etc.etc...... La recepción da lastima. Ni regalado vuelvo. ESPANTOSO!!!

En la habitacion habia olor a humedad,sumado a cloaca del baño;se lo manifeste al empelado de la recepcion y no hubo cambios. El el comedor desayunador, no hay television,ni música. En el desayuno no hay variedad para elegir. El aire acondicionado tiraba aire maloliente.

Es el hotel del terror, ni media estrella. Totalmente descuidado, sin mantenimiento. Las habitaciones un desastre, las cortinas agarradas con 2 ganchos, caídas, el baño perdia por todos lados, entraba agua a la habitación, las toallas percudidas al igual que las sábanas. La atención deja mucho que desear, y el desayuno un desastre. No volvería ni aunque me lo regalen!

Me parece increíble que NO haya un solo enchufe en las habitaciones...vivimos en 2024 y dependemos de los componentes eléctricos..ME MOLESTO MUCHO NO PODER CARGAR MI CELULAR....El resto bastante bien, limpio y prolijo. Los empleados muy amables

Un DESASTRE TODO!!!! Intalaciones electricas deplorables. Sin calefacción, sin toallas sin perchas ,Sin un mínimo vaso ,la cortina no bajaba,sin cochera mi mujer se descompuso del frío , tuve que bajar 3.30 a pedir un vaso, ahí me escucharon!!patético TODO..cobraron una fortuna por esa tolderia ..baños UN DESASTRE..no nos bañamos ,ni hablar la seudo pileta que tienen..no entiendo!!! Cómo está habilitado!!!!!

Conocido en la zona como el "hotel del terror" las 3 estrellas deben ser muy viejas o se las pusieron ellos mismos. Llegamos con nuestra perra el 30-12, nos cobraron demás por aceptarla en la habitación, si algo malo le puede pasar a tus vacaciones es el hotel San Remo de Santa Teresita. Lo único bueno fue que nos aceptaron a nuestra perra y que estaba cerca de la playa, pero después, la habitación horrible, pintura descascarada, ventilador de techo que parecía que se te caía encima cuando lo prendías. Tenias que pedir por favor que te traten bien: recambio de toallas que tenias que acercar a recepción, comida de hospital, desayuno con medialunas de elaboración propia duras como una piedra, compoteras de plástico con la gelatina y el "postre" que sobró de la cena de la noche anterior. Mis hijos se quisieron ir al día 2, nos embaucaron porque pagamos todo antes de ir, realmente un desastre.

Creí que 3 estrellas y el nombre resort me garantizaban una estadía con comodidades básicas , lamentablemente fue un hotel de terror , habitación sucia, con paredes rotas, sábanas con manchas ,baño impresentable, se durmió hasta con las zapatillas puestas para evitar cualquier contacto , no pude usar el baño ,sólo me quedé esa noche porque era tarde , al otro día salí huyendo.

El agua se cortó varias veces en medio de las duchas. El depósito del WC no descargaba lo suficiente El piso de la piscina grande muy aspero por deterioro del revoque, sin pintar Falta de persianas para evitar deslumbramiento matutino Desayuno muy básico, medias lunas siempre quemadas.
