One of the managers of the hotel (Gabriel) told us that the tap water was perfectly fine to drink. We then got violently ill from said water, keeping us bed ridden for 3 days. When confronted about it, he and the hotel refused to take any responsibility, or even apologize for what he caused. Additionally, the jets in our rooms jacuzzi were broken, and there was constant construction going on DIRECTLY outside our window. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, or airbnb, and it essentially ruined most of our trip. Please don’t stay here, we were poisoned and treated very poorly after the fact.

The concierge, Gabriel, told us that we could drink the tap water here because it is “perfecto.” Four out of six of us then got violently ill. We were out of commission for days because we listened to Gabriel, which basically ruined our entire trip. When I brought this up to Gabriel, he didn’t apologize or indicate that he would warn other guests. He just said “well other guests have been fine.” He then proceeded to charge me for a massage that I had to miss because I was vomiting non-stop. So, as far as I can tell, nobody else will be warned about this. That should tell you everything you need to know. The people who run this place are dishonest and shady. Don’t trust them. There are a lot of nice places to stay in Bariloche; stay somewhere else.

Todo impecable. Super atentos. Preguntando tema desayuno, si algún ítem no gusto para cambiarlo, recomendación de excursiones, la buena onda y el servicio. Todo. Si buscas lugar cálido para pasar c la pareja y si se larga un diluvio tenes que quedarte y demás este hotel te viene excelente. Gracias por todo.

Hermoso hotel! las habitaciones son enormes y muy cómodas. todas tienen hidromasaje. El desayuno es abundante y lo llevan a la habitación acordando el horario La amabilidad de Soledad es destacable. Nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos. Recomiendo este hotel para ir a relaj****

Muy buen hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias y súper cómodas. Tienen todo lo necesario. La pileta está muy bien y tiene buena vista. El desayuno es muy completo. El servicio de información de los empleados es buenísimo. Nos dieron información súper completa para hacer los recorridos.

Un lugar ideal para disfrutar, excelentes servicios, yacuzzi en la Habitación y pileta climatizada. Las vistas y comodidades de las habitaciones estuvieron excelentes. Muy buenos desayunos. El hotel está ubicado frente al lago. La arquitectura del edificio es moderna y cálida. La habitación que nos dieron, tipo loft, tenía equipamiento de muy buen gusto, vistas espectaculares, hidromasaje doble y la fachada completamente vidriada hacia el lago. El desayuno que llevan a la habitación es completo y riquísimo. Usamos el sauna y el spa. Pedimos servicio de masajes y también de lavandería de ropa. Todo lo que ofrecen es de primer nivel. Una experiencia muy recomendable.

Excelente establecimiento. Muy buena la atencion de todo el personal. GRacias Soledad y Gabriel ( empleados de la recepcion) por su esmerado trato!!!! Lugar muy limpio, bien ambientadas las habitaciones, pileta verdaderamente climatizada. Por ser apart hotel tiene comodidades como anafe, microondas, vajilla completa, mesas y sillas como para poder hacer una comida en la misma habitacion, recurriendo a deliverys que estan permitidos.

La atencion de toda la gente que atiende es impecable, pocas veces tuve esa asistencia en todo momento, solucionando cada detalle .Las instalaciones son muy lindas, comodas .El desayuno es epscatcualr y el serivcio de que sea en la habitacion es un plus. Las unicas dos criticas que hago son que no sabia que el baño estaba abajo y me resulto algo incomodo para ir cuando uno esta durmiendo y el otro es que la ducha es muy chica . El resto es de 10 puntos
