Small hotel with a beautiful view to the lake. Comfortable room, nothing pretentious, clean and quiet. Personal very friendly. Breakfast and bathroom items could be better. Highly recommended for the price

The hotel was perfect for my needs. Staff was very kind during the booking process, answering questions, and great again during my stay in Bariloche-Cerro Catedral. The hotel is not very big but very nice, rooms are simple, but very comfortable, excellent bed, excellent bathroom, perfectly working wifi, and all the common stuff in a hotel like this... Clean, clean, clean... everything is perfectly clean. I visited in winter, outside was cold, inside was warm and pleasant. View is fantastic from some bedrooms, perfect if you are a couple. Great view from the breakfast room, too. Breakfast has a lot of freshly baked pastries (great) brioches and similar, and also hot food and fruit; some juices and yoghurt and coffee ... typical for international 3 (and sometimes 4) stars hotel. There is a private parking lot in the backyard (you have to book parking, because space is limited, but it is free of charge). Location is 5 miles away from Bariloche downtown and 5 miles away from Cerro Catedral ski resort (easy road, 15-25 minutes, except in case of snow storm). Location is perfect if you plan to ski during the day and spend the evening in Bariloche. In any case, there are restaurants nearby. I would go her again.

Excellent location, comfort and cleanliness. Room 1 double + single, it did not have a view of the lake because it was on the ground floor, but good independent access to the garage. Garage included within the property. Good Wi Fí for common use. Minibar and safe. They let us enter two hours before chkin. To improve breakfast breads. I recommend and would return.

Pasamos solo 2 noches en el hotel. Reservamos la habitación cuadruple (solo eramos 2 personas) porque era la unica que quedaba con vista al lago. Y la verdad que la vista vale la pena! nos encanto. El baño muy cómodo, perfecta el agua caliente. La chica de recepción muy amable, nos atendieron muy bien. La ubicacion está buena, hay algunos lugares para comer por la zona incluso. También me gustó que el horario de desayuno comience a las 7.30hs, es media hora antes que muchos otros lugares. Para tener en cuenta la habitación quedaba subiendo un piso por escaleras, para nosotros no represento problemas pero tal vez para otros si. Relación calidad/precio excelente!

Não faz o menor sentido esse hotel estar no Top 10. O serviço è péssimo. Cheguei às 15:00 e meu quarto não estava pronto. Tive que esperar 30 minutos. A falta de gentileza dos funcionários tornou as férias estressantes. No período da manhã tinha um rapaz extremamente antipatico, não sei o q ele está fazendo trabalhando com hotel. Nos fez subir as malas pela ladeira cheia de poeira de areia sem ajudar em nada. Foi incapaz de explicar q tinha entrada por baixo. A Laura foi gentil, reservando 2x um restaurante pra gente quando pedimos dicas e ajuda. Fiquei no quarto família q è enorme e bem limpo. Tem vista pro lago mas também de frente pra garagem com zero privacidade. O café da manhã è nota 6, bem básico. Zero variedade de pães e frios. Tem uma vista linda pro lago mas o salão è pequeno e abafado. Ao sair hoje as 5:30 da manhã tinha um moto estacionada na frente do meu quarto, atrapalhando a saída com as malas. Tinha uma pessoa na recepção mais uma vez incapaz de ajudar. Pelas fotos o hotel parece maior do que realmente è. Ao meu ver, não vale de forma alguma o preço que cobra. Poderia ter um serviço premium e assim ser hotel butique. Não recomendo!

El hotel esta cerca de los lugares de interés, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, buenos precios.
Las habitaciones del primer piso miran al estacionamiento… El lugar es muy ruidoso porque todos los pisos son de ceramica. Las puertas interiores y exteriores se cierran con mucha fuerza. Preparan las mesas del desayuno a las 23.00 horas generando mas ruido. Este hotel no tiene un estilo local. Podria estar en cualquier pais
