Es un hostel transformado en un Hotel. Lo mejor: - Atención del personal. (Muy muy buena) - Tv en la habitación. - Cochera Privada sin Costo. - Desayuno muy bueno. - La Ubicación es excelente. Lo malo: - Mi cama de dos plazas eran 2 unidas y con desnivel una con otra. - La sabana que me tocó no llegaba a cubrir todo el colchón, por lo que quedaba durmiendo arriba del colchón solo. - La ventana no tiene persiana por fuera, entra toda la luz de un reflector que no se apaga por la noche. - La cortina está apenas enganchada y se safa de los ganchos cuando la moves. Entra toda la claridad de noche y la misma no llega a cubrir toda la ventana. - Las toallas que me tocaron el primer día estaban manchadas. (Limpias, pero manchadas) Reclame a la recepción y enseguida las cambiaron. - La limpieza era muy pobre. Se notaba que había basura y tierra en el piso con el paso de los días. - Escalera demasiado pequeña para cargar las valijas. No lo vuelvo a elegir. Me salió muy caro para lo que es el hotel. Adjunto unas fotos. Hay una de la ventana que parece de día pero es el reflector en la noche.

No hay agua caliente para tomar mate. 🤦♀️ una VERGUENZA COMO PUEDE SER QUE EN ARGENTINA UN HOTEL NO TE DE AGUA CALIENTE PARA MATE! Varias veces solicitamos al personal y nos dicen que no pueden subir a mla cocina, que usemos el dispenser. El agua caliente del dispenser es para tomar tereré.

Pros: buena ubicación, excelente atención de recepción. Contras: lugar ruidoso, se escuchan ruidos desde otras habitaciones (todo), gente hablando en los pasillos, chicos gritando, por la mañana se escuchan los ruidos desde el comedor. Desayuno bien. Al llegar tuve que limpiar con alcohol en gel la tapa del inodoro ya que había marcas, también reclamé que faltaba jabón, vaso y la alfombra para salir de la ducha. La última noche me bañé con un mínimo de jabón y shampoo ya que no repusieron.

Los puntos que le doy es por que el personal es EXCELENTE fue lo mejor del hotel! Lo demás me pareció muy caro para el estilo de hotel que es! Nuestra cama eran dos juntas y unidas por las sabanas que a la vez se salían del colchón, la ventana no tenía persiana y solo tapaba una cortina que se caía. A la vez teníamos una luz que no la apagaban en la ventana del hotel. Las toallas estaban manchadas, después que le avisamos nos las cambiaron. La atención fue excelente!
