Stunning setting in the rolling hills just a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Pesaro. We spent 3 nights at the hotel and can say it was truly relaxing with just the right balance of an upmarket and boutique hotel. The room was spacious, subtly decorated and with great views. The beds and pillows were perfectly comfortable. We spent most of our time in an and around the beautiful swimming pool and left the villa feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommend!

We spent one evening at this absolutely lovely hotel and hope to return with our family one day! The hotel was gorgeous and we were treated to a tour of the villa to see the amazing frescos. We also did the Cardinal Walk and finished our day with a meal at a local restaurant. Our room was just perfect - all the amenities you could ask for when away from home. The staff were so gracious and professional-- we couldn't have asked for more.

We stay at Villa Cattani every year and it has always been a great place to be. Fabulous breakfast, unique garden and super kind hosts. With Vecchia Cantina there is an excellent restaurant nearby. We already look forward to our next stay...

This facility is truly one of the most beautiful I have been too, especially the pool area and gardens over watching the valley is stunning. My girlfriend and I talked about going back again soon, to just lay by the pool ordering drinks and snacks, and have a great time. The rooms are nothing special I would say, but truly cosy and have more of a rustic Italian vibe. I would also really like if they could offer a more comprehensive lunch menu but also the ability to offer dinner at the Villa would be nice. The staff is also very service minded and nice. The price-point is also very fair, almost a catch I would say.

We just stayed at the Hotel Villa Cattani Stuart for 1 night and it was exceptional. It was only a 10 minute taxi ride from the train station in Pesaro as we did not have a car. The short ride was well, well worth it. The property is gorgeous, the room very clean and the bed super comfortable. You felt very relaxed while there as you are out, in the country, away from it all and the people working there will pamper you. The swimming pool was divine. Breakfast was delicious, with many choices. Our only complaint was that we didn’t stay a few nights longer—it was a much needed, restful stay. We want to return and the Hotel Villa Cattani Stuart gets our highest recommendation! You must go!

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Great room amenities in a Superior Room, especially the balcony. Bend-over-backwards and gracious hospitality from every single employee. We had had a very long day driving from Rome and stopping in Deruta and San Marino along the way. But we lingered too long in both of those lovely locations. By the time we got to our hotel, it was pretty late. We we’re grateful that parking was so easy ( and free). It had been our intention, after reading previous reviews, to dine at the restaurant within walking distance, but we were just too tired. Instead, we went to the hotel bar for a drink and they prepared ample and delicious snacks for us (and one of us was a vegetarian). Since we were spending only 1 night and it was dark when we arrived, we made sure to walk around the gorgeous grounds of the villa (after an unbelievably fantastic buffet breakfast) before checking out. Don’t miss this gem and try to stay longer than we did. By the way, very reasonable prices also. Mille grazie!

Simply perfect. We spent five nights here and had the most wonderful time. The staff were pretty amazing, friendly, helpful and the pool and grounds so very beautiful. There is no restaurant but less than 5 mins walk is a charming Italian restaurant we ate at three times and that was fabulous too. We will be back.

From making reservations through departure, the excellent staff made our stay relaxing and fun. The villa's grounds were extensive and well maintained, the room properly equipped and spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom fully equipped. Plenty of parking and there was a charger for the Tesla right in front of the entrance. Fully recommend.
