Sheraton Mission Valley San Diego Hotel Reviews

Hotel was in an idea location, very close to shopping, eating, and other popular San Diego attractions! Hotel receptionists in person and on the phone were very rude but other than that it was a pleasant stay! Room was clean and did the job!

This place is cleaned, close to the Zoo. You will need a car. Will definitely book again in the future.

This was a good hotel in a great location. Nice bed, clean room and we got a high floor which was nice. It was a great deal too :)

Hotel needs remodeling. That is only one bummer.

The hotel room is quite large and you can go downstairs to collect water. The room facing the highway is a bit noisy. Stayed for four consecutive nights and overall satisfied. Taxi is also convenient.

The room was okay, with sufficient hot water and air conditioning. The room arrangement is not very good. Everything else is ok. The front desk is welcoming, the service is attentive, and you can basically choose from. You can come if you are not too demanding.

The hotel is close to the highway and is very noisy. I asked the front desk to help me change to a quiet room. They said impatiently that they didn't have one. After repeated communication, they found one. The hotel facilities are definitely like those of a star hotel in the 1990s. Don't stay here.

I went to the bathroom at night and found that it was locked. I asked the front desk and they said that you can just twist it with a coin. After using several sizes, I finally used the room card to open it. Facilities minus one star

Nice environment and convenient

Rubbish hotel, poor service, random charges, I have been away for more than ten days, I don't know what happened, they can still deduct 250 US dollars from my credit card.
