The room was spacious and very clean. Maybe they upgraded me as a surprise without informing me—I’m not sure! 😇 I love the classic style of everything here. The location is also very convenient. There’s a health-focused supermarket called Krisp nearby, where you can buy healthy food and other essentials.

The transportation was convenient and there were many restaurants. The staff were polite and the check-in was smooth. The room was spacious and the amenities were plentiful. Since it is in the city, the engine noise can be loud at times, but that's okay.

The room and hygiene are average, the location is good, but the service is poor. The front desk clerk seemed to owe her millions, she was cold. Especially at night, there was only someone to answer the phone: Since there was only a thin blanket in the room, it was quite cold at night, I wanted to add a blanket, but I made 3 calls and waited for more than 20 minutes before it was delivered. I will not stay here again.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of San Diego, the staff is very friendly. They kept our suitcases for us on the day of checkout until the evening. The hotel has a terrace with a 270° view of downtown San Diego, you can see the sunset and the planes landing at the airport. There is a coffee maker so you can have the coffee you want. I would definitely return to this hotel.
