You and all members of your party assume all such risks and agrees to hold the Property Owner, and the property manager, harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your, or other members of your party use of the in-ground trampoline and pool slide, regardless of the cause, including but not limited to: * Defects or malfunctions in the in-ground trampoline or pool slide. * Improper or negligent use of the in-ground trampoline or pool slide by Tenant or any other person. * Physical injury or illness sustained while using the in-ground trampoline or pool slide. 3. Maintenance and Repair: You and all other members of your party are responsible for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the in-ground trampoline and pool slide, including but not limited to: * Regularly inspecting the in-ground trampoline and pool slide for any damage or defects and immediately notifying Landlord of any such issues. * Keeping the in-ground trampoline and pool slide clean and in good working order. * Making minor repairs to the in-ground trampoline and pool slide with Landlord's prior written approval. 4. Insurance: You shall obtain and maintain, at your own expense, liability insurance in an amount sufficient to cover any potential claims arising out of your (or other members of your party) use of the in-ground trampoline and pool slide. You shall provide to the Manager a certificate of insurance evidencing such coverage upon request. 5.
