We booked a regular king room. It was EXTREMELY dusty and felt stuffy/unclean. We immediately asked for a new room and told them what was going on. The front desk was really understanding about it and gave us an upgraded room for no additional charge which was much better. The staff is amazing, I wish I remember the name of the guy who helped us. And it is extremely close and walking distance to all the restaurants, mid gaslamp. However, I just didn’t enjoy the hotel itself overall.
