Pésimo servicio, te tratan súper mal, se olvidan las cosas y no aparecen, no recomendaría en lo absoluto este hotel, el trato y la atención al huésped es mala y debes tener cuidado con tus pertenencias porque si las descuidas no las volverán a ver. preferible irse a otro hotel mejor, además de que dice ser pet friendly y tratan súper mal a los perros de los huéspedes cuando los dejan a su cargo sin que ellos se enteren. Por favor tengan cuidado, hay mejores opciones que este hotel, la encargada de la recepción tiene un trato deplorable al huésped no merece estar ahí, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto , no tengo intenciones de volverme a hospedar ahí.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO DE UNA SEÑORA QUE ESTA EN RECEPCIÓN Nos hospedamo en este hotel por los comentarios positivos que vimos en la página, PERO EL SERVICIO ES PÉSIMO, hay una señora ahí en recepción con un trato horrible aparte de tratar pésimo a los perros que dejan los huéspedes ( yo vi como le pegaba a uno ) Hoy hable hace rato ya que nos hospedamos ayer y les llame porque olvidamos una Chamarra en el cuarto y le pedí que fuera a revisar a la habitación y me.contesto gritandome:ESTA LOCA SEÑORA NOSOTROS NO HACEMOS MILAGROS y me colgó, ni siquiera se tomó el tiempo para ir a revisar la habitación, y aparte me llamo LOCA imaginen esa clase de servicio en un lugar donde pagaste por quedarte una noche. Si olvidamos la Chamarra por que tiene unos closets enormes que no revisamos al irnos del hotel, así que aparte de ser una señora grosera es una LADRONA. Nunca se queden en ese hotel DE VERDAS NO ENTIENDO COMO UNA SEÑORA COMO ESA PUEDE ESTAR TRABAJANDO AHI.

No lo recomiendo demasiado ruido por los perros no dejan dormir,la cama bastante incómoda ,no hay agua caliente solo en ciertos horarios y aún así la quise usar en el horario establecido y no había tuve que salir a recepción para avisar y me dijeron q esperara 20 minutos para poder usar el agua caliente, el estacionamiento está enfrente pero para sacar maletas e ir al hotel debes caminar x un terreno lleno de tierra te ensucias horrible y si está lloviendo peor todo lleno de lodo
