The property itself made up for the poor surrounding areas. Clean, super comfy bedding, always my go-to hotel with luxury feels make this my returning to San Fran monthly regular!

The property is well maintained. The rooftop bar had great views of the City. I was going to a show at the Warfield and it was conveniently next door for a great night of music.

I love that this is a new hotel, and trying to bring new life into the area, but the transients were extremely loud, could hear them screaming at eachother all night. In addition, we were charged a not previously disclosed, mandatory amenity fee of 35 dollars. When I called to ask they said it was for the coffee machine in the room and the free water. If they were free, why was I charged? Will not ever stay here again.

The place is great, staff is excellent except restaurant staff which was not particularly friendly. The area around the hotel isn’t great, it’s a shame, but the hotel is wonderful.

I stayed here solo a couple of nights and saw Stick Figure at the Warfield. 12th floor city view- AWESOME view! Perfect place to stay, luxurious, safe and fun. Valet parking is an investment, but convenient and worthi it. King took care of my check-in and gave some great fun facts about the hotel- very accommodating and friendly. This part of the Tenderloin looks and smells A LOT better- i highly recommend!

The room was noce and clean. There is no staff besides a person at front desk. No bellman, no valet outside. No help with bags or security. Area is dangerous and security should be outside not inside in the back

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Rooftop was outstanding and food delicious. However, lookout for abundant homeless people in area.

Brand new hotel but the homeless /shootings on a night doesn’t leave a lot to an out of town feeling intimidated
