The hotel charges $117 per night for parking. It states breakfast is included, but it's not free. A simple breakfast for two, just a sandwich and juice, plus service charge came out to $115. What a rip-off!

Clean room, very moder

Was excited to stay here but got ill and couldn’t get a cancellation credit. So my review stars are all 1’s since I couldn’t stay and the hotel wouldn’t do anything to give any sort of partial credit.

Very close to Moscone convention centre. Convenient for those attending conferences. Typical W style. Room is clean and quite big.

Facilities: Everything you need is there. The self-service water dispenser was also quite pleasant. However, there's no private parking. Public parking nearby costs $26 for 12 hours, with a $35 cap after that. Breakfast: Not buffet style, self-service menu. If you book through Ctrip including breakfast, you can choose one option. I recommend the berry toast; it's delicious. Cleanliness and service are good. Although there are homeless people nearby, overall it's acceptable. I would recommend it.

This is the best W Hotel I've ever stayed at. The location is fantastic, right next to SFMoMA. The hotel even includes two tickets (worth $60), which is great for seeing the exhibition. The rooms are new and well-equipped, and the bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The surrounding area is very safe, and there are restaurants and shopping malls nearby that are very convenient.

The room was in a great location, and the room itself was simple and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, but the room next door was too noisy!
