Very clean and good location. Would stay again.

Room never come to service I stay for 4 night! Around hotel many homeless people !

The room didn't have a microwave, but it did have a coffee maker and refrigerator. It was spacious enough to fit another bed. Unfortunately, it was close to the elevator and janitor's room, so it was noisy with constant rattling. Breakfast was better than I expected. While the location is near a less desirable area just two blocks away, using Uber or similar services nearby solves that issue. Mels Kitchen is also just a short walk away, so it exceeded my expectations.

Free parking – that's a huge plus! The breakfast was a basic American style. I mainly chose this place for the free parking and good location. The surrounding area is quite convenient, but there are a lot of homeless people, so definitely be careful at night.

The place is terrible, extremely noisy at home. Keep to have siren and music sound disturbing at night...

Nice place, good breakfast

Had an issue with payment and receptionist was so unhelpful on the Sunday trying to double charge us for one night. Communication was terrible and she never explained that she was charging us for the room. The next day the receptionist changed and she was much more helpful and finally we received a refund. Overall okay stay just first day left a bad impression

Free parking is a rare sight in the city center. Breakfast for two is provided, but I couldn't get up to eat. The surrounding area is not very peaceful, so try not to walk out. The hotel is quite safe. The big iron gate will be closed at night, so it is still very safe to stay in. The front desk is also very friendly. It is very close to various urban attractions. There is a smell in the room, I don't know if it is the smell of leaves

Location: The hotel's location is a major drawback. It's surrounded by troubled areas, and although the hotel has security, the presence of homeless people nearby can be uncomfortable and unsafe. This affected our overall experience, as we didn't feel entirely at ease going out in the area. Overall, my stay at the Best Western Red Coach Inn was good in terms of cleanliness, customer service, and amenities. However, the poor location in a troubled area is a significant factor to consider. If you decide to stay here, it's advisable to exercise caution when exploring the surrounding area.

The location at the south gate of the park is great, the house is clean and tidy, and the town facilities are also complete.
