Free parking and complimentary luggage storage in San Francisco are such a huge perk – anyone familiar with the city will understand just how valuable that is. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel also boasts an excellent location. We arrived quite late, past 2 AM, but a quick call using the Ctrip app's internet phone brought a staff member out immediately to open the door for us.

The room is clean and tidy

We loved this hotel. Very friendly, it's a bit of a youth hostel type: there are large rooms on the ground floor where young guests meet to chat. The look of the rooms is also very 50's. Very well located, we walked to get dinner in Little Italy (cardio guaranteed!) at The Italian Homemade Company - I recommend! I will stay there again, that’s for sure! The staff was super nice and indoor parking on site - we appreciated :-)

I love a renewed interior design, the room with panoramic windows was amazing. Location is pretty good as well, it’s only 15 minutes walk from Palace of Fine Arts, and a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

I want to go to the Golden Gate Bridge to play and choose this hotel. It is within walking distance of the Palace of Art and the Golden Gate Bridge. The front desk is very welcoming and the rooms are good. It is also very convenient to take the bus to Union Square for shopping.

Ghirardelli Square and Pier 39 are within walking distance if you do your best, and the bus stop is also close. Check-in and out were also smooth. It was disappointing that there were multiple hairs stuck in the towel that was supposed to be new, and that the wifi didn't connect at all even though I was staying at the hotel after sunset, so I had to charge an additional e-sim. Also it was a little noisy at night. Although it is old, it has a microwave and refrigerator, the shower has good water pressure, and the bed was comfortable.

The location is very convenient, 10 minutes walk from the big supermarket, to the San Francisco Bridge or other attractions, the bus can take a bus, the room is booked 2 beds, can live to four people, the temperature difference between morning and evening is relatively large, the heating is still not too warm, the whole stay process is more dissatisfied, When booking, you need to pay at check-in. Before the person arrives at the counter, the hotel has already withdrawn the money first. Ask the counter staff. The withdrawal in advance is because it has exceeded 3 pm. What is the reason? ! ! We arrived at the hotel at about 15:40 on the same day, we were not no show or late, even if it was late, the hotel counter staff was obliged to write a letter informing the early withdrawal and asking about the arrival time, we asked to brush other cards or divide 2 swipe cards when we arrived, The counter staff told us that we had withdrawn money from the authorized credit card in advance, and there was no way to swipe the card separately. What's more strange is that I received the card swiping notification sent by the bank, that is, the room rate is divided into 2 brushes. Obviously, the system has a way to separate the card, and the staff is not willing to do this for us. This is where they changed and improved.

The inn is in a safe and quiet part of town near the marina, with several major landmarks within walking distance. Reception was always friendly & helpful, even late at night. They were around to assist with finding parking lots when it got crowded. They also handled package deliveries in an organized and efficient manner. Our only complaint was the carpet in the room was perpetually cold and wet throughout our stay due to the air con leaking, and the wetness extended over half the room. We called about this but was told it's normal. However we were able to overlook this by wearing shoes in the room. Otherwise, we had a great stay here!

Outdated facilities, especially air conditioners, or window machines, opened like tractors, and were so noisy that the locomotive roared past at night and could not cover the roar of the air conditioners. The internal environment of the hotel is quite good, parking is convenient, check-in and check-out are fast, although the breakfast is simple, but the taste is acceptable.

The Front Desk manager was very friendly and helpful when we told him the noise, and immediately changed the 4th floor (top floor) for us. Even though there were unavoidable traffic noise around all the motels nearby, we were able to enjoy a 6 night comfy stay. Location is great, only 3min walk to a grocery store. 5min walk to a Japanese restaurant (no mandatory 20% tips😄). A pleasant walk to the famous fisherman's wharf.
