Good walking distance from the historical San Gimignano sites. The room was always clean and the staffs were very friendly. The iconic towers are visible from the hotel pool side.

We were lucky that they stayed on the first floor, the ground floor rooms certainly suffer from the view, privacy and are not very airy. The parking lot is very dusty and if it rains it is difficult to reach the reception. The staff all very helpful. The rooms are large and well cleaned, a note of respect for the generously sized bed. However, the tree is a 3 star not a 4, however in the area we have noticed that the classification is commonly more generous. Sufficient breakfast.
