We loved our stay at this hotel! Emanuele was so lovely and helpful. The staff gave us great restaurant recommendations. The rooms were so spacious and lovely with high ceilings, with a very comfortable bed, large bathroom and it was spotless. The breakfast was delicious with great coffee! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great hotel . Positioned perfectly inside the town . The rooms are spotless and spacious with high ceilings . The couple who run the hotel are delightful . The breakfast is beautifully presented and is plentiful. We took advantage of having the hotel pick us up from the train station (for a fee of course) and this was seamless. The air conditioning wasn’t turned on yet as we have found is the norm for this time of year in Italy which we thought could be an issue as it was unseasonably warm , we were provided with a fan and a free upgrade to another room that would be cooler . Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely owners . This hotel punches way above its 3 star rating .

Great welcome, very helpful personnel. Located in the center of the town, close to shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet rooms, very clean. Comfortable bebs. Breakfast was a little bit poor but compared to the overall experience is insignificant.

A well located comfortable hotel. They thoughtfully provided detailed information on where to park (lot 3) to access the hotel. As San Gimignano’s historic district is fairly small, it was conveniently located to all the sights of interest.

This hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. Great location. Beautiful historic building sympathetically refurbished with comfortable rooms. Welcoming and attentive staff. Quiet. Breakfast was typical of the region and a good selection. Would happily return.

Great hotel location. Staff was excellent all around. Breakfast was very good with a great selection. Rooms were beautifully maintained within the standards required for a heritage site. Highly recommend.

We have chosen this hotel by its strategic location to effortlessly explore the city's treasures. Our room was on the third floor, bright and with a very comfortable bed of which we especially appreciated the soft topper. Cleanliness is top-notch, housekeeping provided an exceptional standard throughout the entire stay. We didn't have breakfast as we usually love waking up very early, however buffet looked very inviting. Staff was very helpful, showing a genuine friendliness which made our stay a memorable experience! In short, a really enjoyable experience to be repeated and recommended.

Beautiful Hotel. Everyone was so friendly. They make you feel like family. So glad we found this gem. Would definitely stay again when visiting Siena.
