Most depressing hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Took 2 DAYS to get an extra pillow, the swimming pool was empty and someone tried to mug me as I walked back to the hotel on my last night……avoid at all costs!!

Value for money accommodation, but staff were ever so friendly and helpful (especially Annett on reception)

Correct mais TV uniquement chaine espagnole. Poignée porte armoire cassée. Derouleur papier toilettes inutilisable. Fenêtre ne ferme pas correctement

Das Zimmer ging in einen Innenhof mit Putzmaterial vor dem Fenster. Das Bad roch muffig. Die Einrichtung war sehr spartanisch. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen bot nur billigstes Essen, nichts Frisches. Das alles wäre in Ordnung, wenn ich ein Hostel gebucht hätte, aber hier stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht.

Horrendous place

The Hotel is good value, the staff were friendly, especially the breakfast staff who worked with a smile despite being not given the resources to serve the guests properly. However, this is not a 3 star hotel now, there is no WiFi in the rooms, the room has many small problems, no plugs in any of the bathroom sink bath or foot wash, the toilet seat was loose, there were stains on the walls and long black hairs left from former guests.

Hôtel glauque, chambres insalubres, mobilier qui tombe en ruine, hôtel bruyant où on entend des cris en tous genres et à toute heure de la nuit... Bref, l'endroit parfait pour ne pas dormir et attraper tout un tas de maladies.

I liked the fact that the property was very close to lots of different amenities. On Friday and Saturday nights it was very noisy, doors banging, people shouting, running up and down the corridor. It was very scary, this went on into the early hours of the morning. This place needs at least 2 security persons at the weekend.

No sé porqué motivo acaba de desaparecer todo lo que había comentado, y no voy a repetirlo. Resumen, la entrada mala, con tres asignaciones de habitación, la última, muy mediocre, no he podido descansar, y en general una experiencia bastante triste. No volveré, ni lo recomendaré a nadie. El desayuno pasable.

Check in verspätet und langsam, Sanitär - Bereich winzig und angegammelt. Alles wirkt sehr herunter gekommen.

Proche aéroport Tenerife sud, 5 mm en voiture, réception 24/24.

Un absurdo 96€ noche cuando realmente 20€ sería carísimo
