Los empleados no tienen la mínima preparación para atender turismo, las instalaciones bien, desafortunadamente el personal de recepción es grosero, sin preparación en atención al huesped, ojalá y se apliquen por hay mucha oferta en Puebla y en mismo Apizaco que los rebasan. Me atendió una gordita el día 18 de junio 3pm
