The hotel is very small, there is only one restaurant and two bars, all-inclusive paid options are very few. The staff is very warm and considerate. I am very grateful to the little brother at the front desk for free upgrade of the seaside view room type. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. There is a gap to provide two bottles of water. After drinking, keep the bottle and go to the water dispenser outside to pick up the water and drink. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. You can hear the words and walks next door very clearly. can barely stay

The room for two people is ok. However, they almost double the price for two additional guests without any additional comfort to the room. It only has two double beds that are not even queen size. In the same hotel, two individual bedrooms will have the same cost. I enjoyed the beach and location but feel cheated with the additional guests fees in a single bedroom.

We hit there the bar was closed no luch we have to wait long time our bathroom was to pleasant when I went and look the pool loook so dirty it show the not cleaning 🙈

There wasn't hot water in the shower -- it got warm, but not really hot.
The internet was really slow.
Some things seemed a bit shabby -- the lock on the door was missing a face plate; the mini-fridge didn't work. The buffets were way over-priced.
The beach access was really great and the views were excellent. It was a short walk to La Comer and Starbucks.

Had it been the early 50’s, I would say it was swell. Not holding up so well. Asked for handicapped accessible and was first put on 4th floor…with no elevators! Staff was wonderful. Room was outdated. Bed was concave and the bathroom smelled so bad I used the coffee bags to take the sewer smell away from the shower drain.

I just spent a week here and it was amazing. I reserved a partial ocean view room and it was basically a full view from the balcony. The beach is pretty low on the beach so I don't believe you would see the surf from any room. The bathroom was great. Sufficient hot water and pressure. The room itself is comfortable. My only criticism would be the pillows are a bit hard.
The food was decent! I got the all inclusive and had fairly low hopes considering the negative reviews regarding the food. Breakfast and lunches were great! I did not eat lunch at the buffet, only at the taco bar by the pool. Dinner was decent but did choose to eat out a few nights. It is a bit of a walk to get to town but there are many offerings.
The pool was a bit cold but honestly refreshing with the warm weather. The drinks were great and most of the brands of the liquor are recognizable, which is not typical for a value all-inclusive. There was nightly entertainment and I had a wonderful time in the lobby bar socializing with other guests.
I will definitely return again!

Before you go read the fine print. 3 story dated hotel with no elevators. Food was terrible. Left and returned about 10-15 times and never had a bell hop even offer to help load or unload any luggage. Had to carry my own luggage up flights of stairs to room at check in. Dining area has water damage on the interior ceiling - possible mold. Grounds are unkept. This is a 5-6 star at best and I have stayed about 20 times all over in Mexico . This was one of the worst. Reminds me of 1970-80's Howard Johnsons motel. Nice beach though.
