Very nice hotel. I don’t have to bring my good pillow when we stay here as they offer both hard and soft down (or similar) pillows. Most hotels only have those god awful thick foam pillows that feel like you’re sleeping on a rock. Beds are very comfortable. We always arrive a few hours before check in and they always get us in our room immediately.

Nothing much has been updated about this hotel. The staff are nice enough, except that when you are any kind of inconvenience, they may stick you in the room i got when there was a mixup with the hotel being part of a medical vacation. The rugs are old, dirty and a bit smell. There are stains - some huge - in the rooms and on the lounge couches. The breakfast spread is about average, or perhaps a bit below. It's a twentieth century hotel in a 21st century life. Don't waste your money.

Only stayed one night, on a later arrival (8/18/21) after 10 pm into the country with family. The room key did not work. I had to go down to the desk 3 times to resolve the issue by getting a new room assignment. Not one apology for the inconvenience from the front desk gentleman. Breakfast was good, all the other staff was very pleasent.

We stayed at this hotel a total of 11 nights. A 7 night stay, a 3 night stay extension and then one day extra. The purpose of the trip was medical and dental tourism at the CIMA Hospital. We stayed on the sixth floor. It took two personal return trips to this hotel to get my overcharges refunded. Each visit 45 minutes of time plus getting back to the hotel. One over charge was for $164, the second was to get a $400 hold put back on my card (after 7 days) and the last was for another $500 'hold' that the hotel actually charged. I had to go back and they refunded the $500 back to my card. Luckily, I had my receipts. The front desk at no time apologized. They just said I was correct. Avoid Bruno and Karla at the front desk.

I was charged $200 USD on my debit card at check in. Then charged for my room at $70. To date I have not received any refund. Please check into and look after returning my over payment. This is very frustrating to me and I cannot understand the problem. Please advise ASAP.

Excelente servicio, siempre selecciono este hotel en todos mis viajes a Costa Rica. Arturo en el restaurante es muy atento y se preocupa por el bienestar de todos los huéspedes. Plaza tempo es un lugar muy turístico con excelentes restaurantes.

Hotel muy bien localizado, bien cuidado, moderno, con buena habitacion, un gimnasio correcto, buen desayuno… Ademas esta conectado a pie con una galeria que tiene alguna tienda y restaurante, lo que te da un poco de libertad de movimiento. El servicio es atento y, lo mejor, la cama!! Increiblemente comoda… sin duda volvere a este hotel cada vez que vuelva a Costa Rica

El Hotel es excelente. Súper buenas las habitaciones. Pero el éxito del sitio es el servicio. Empezando por Arturo que lo hace sentir a uno como en casa. Desde que uno llega al restaurante el servicio y empoderamiento de él es muy chevere. Cuando uno sale de su casa quisiera que en todas partes existieran Arruros para sentirse a gusto. Recomendado el hotel

Le urge renovación ! Jamas había visto unas alfombras tan sucias en el hotel ,en las habitaciones en los pasillos !!!!!! No nos dieron agua ni ningún snack de bienvenidos como siempre lo hacen con los clientes gold . El aire acondicionado de la habitación hace mucho ruido y no permite descansar adecuadamente . El desayuno pese a las restricciones covid esta muy bien ,les prepararon a mis hijos pancakes a petición de ellos,los camareros siempre pendiente de q no te faltara cafe y muy serviciales . El parqueo gratis mas en esta área es un plus .No había refrigeradora en la habitación.
