I stayed at the Radisson for 8 nights, and overall, my experience was a bit of a mixed bag.
There were definitely some positives. The views were beautiful, the pool area was really nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I genuinely appreciated how pleasant the staff were.
However, there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable. The cleanliness was below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. I found strands of white hair in the bed, as well as a noticeable stain on the bedsheet, which was disappointing and made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. The lights in the room also kept cutting out, which was frustrating, and there were various things throughout the hotel/room that were broken or not functioning properly.
For an 8-night stay, I expected a higher level of maintenance and cleanliness. The friendly staff, nice pool, and great views were definite highlights, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues need attention. With some improvements in these areas, this could be a much better overall experience.
