The front desk staff are efficient and attentive. The room is clean and comfortable. With the curtains open, sunlight can shine into the room, making it warm and cozy. There are theaters, museums, exhibition centers, etc. next to it, and the transportation is convenient.

Christian, front desk staff and Shane, operations manager where very helpful with check-in and check- our process. The proximity to the. Convention Center was very convenient. Much appreciated.

The staff was very nice and helpful they helped me clear up a little problem with my reservation and I was very grateful for that. I can honestly say that it was the best hotel I’ve stayed at. They get 5 stars from me especially for the front desk staff.

The front desk Erika was very sarcastic and rude on the phone when I had questions regarding checkout time and a coffee machine I do not recommend this place nor will I be back

Service across all staff was consistently attentive and friendly. The parking garage being attached to the hotel was a huge plus at a reasonable price. Room was fine and comfortable. Do get a lot of noise from the bus outside and planes, but it didn’t impact our ability to sleep. Great breakfast buffet and overall convenience for location. Only negative is how thin the walls are and how much you can hear from other guests. Will definitely keep this hotel for all future events at the Civic.

Stayed in San Jose for one night to visit friends and attend the Sharks game. Hotel was nice-a little older. Great location close to Arena and restaurants. Included a breakfast
