Hotel Cultura Plaza

This hotel has a great location, but the room conditions are terrible. The rooms have no windows and are completely soundproofed, so noise from the next room or upstairs and the sound of water can be quite disruptive to sleep. The included breakfast isn't even continental, which is a mess. There's not even a single bottle of free water, and it's one of the least comfortable hotels in San Jose for the price.

There was no hot water in the shower in the room, so I asked the front desk staff to come to the room to check it out, but they insisted that it was broken and that they were fully booked and could not use other rooms, so there was no alternative. I asked them to refund part of the room fee because the shower was not available (due to poor facilities, the room did not meet the requirements), but they said they would ask their boss and asked me to talk to them again when I checked out, but when I checked out, another staff member said that they had not heard anything and that the shower was broken, but they said that the shower at the hotel was working without any problems, so we were unable to come to an agreement. I will request a partial refund from the Trip.com office. I look forward to your reply.

Book a superior room. The one without window is a bit depressing, but the one with window is much more comfortable.

住的三樓 臨街的房間，我也覺得挺好的，就是可能街邊噪音會有點大，對睡眠有要求的人可能不是很友好，但我覺得還不錯，玻璃很大，陽光很足，我喜歡有陽光的房間，有大陽台但是出於安全封閉了不讓出去。酒店的早餐是點餐式的，還不錯，服務員很好，酒店前台也很好，服務滿分。另外酒店位置在市中心，附近就是景點和步行街，吃喝玩樂很方便。下樓就是商業街，很大。
