Except for the food, everything else was not satisfying. For the high price... 1. The room was too small and old. 2. The bathroom was dirty with a lot of sand and dilapidated wooden doors. 3. no bath tub 4. The found broken glass bottle on the beach shore. 5. Stray dogs roaming around the beach front. 6. Vendors selling souvenirs kept begging us. 7. The Aircon was noisy, kept my wife awake the whole night. 8. The bed not comfortable (a bit hard) 9. Old bathroom towels 10. Overall the whole facility is too old, not worth for its price. Not worth the price of P18k+. Too expensive considering the old rooms, aircon, bed and other facilities. no playground for the kids, gym, steam bath or sauna, game rooms. We felt we were scammed. :( :( We have stayed in way better, newer, cleaner resorts at half the price.
