Palm Beach Resort

This is my second time at Palm Beach. been here about 4 years ago. The room given to us is different from what we expected. they still offer full board meals but I would rate the buffet as below my expectation although there is a variation. Breakfast was better than dinner. The service was exceptional though. The staff attended to all of our concerns. There were mosquitoes in the hallway leading to the hotel rooms.

Had a wonderful stay at this beach resort! The place was clean, relaxing, and the view was beautiful. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Perfect for a family getaway.

We had a wonderful experience at this resort. The food was superb, and the rooms were of excellent quality. The staff and crew were attentive, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. We especially appreciate their responsiveness during an unexpected incident when one of our colleagues fell ill. The resort immediately provided assistance, including a service vehicle, a driver, and a nurse who accompanied our colleague to the hospital. Their prompt care and support truly made a difference.

The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy for us to relax throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the amenities—everything from the pool to the dining options added to a wonderful experience. Overall, we had a great time and truly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was excellent clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very accommodating staff. The location was also convenient and peaceful. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Resort has very good food. At first, we were thinking that we had to go out to supplement the lunch or dinners. We were well fed throughout our stay. Was hoping for more kid friendly activities (below 5yo) but playground was not accessible. Kids had fun in the beach.

Our experience at Palm Beach Resort is amazing. We entered the premise without any hassle; the guards were nice. When we reached inside, we were transferred using electric vehicles, which were very convenient since the resort is huge and facilities are a little far from each other. We were greeted by a number of staff members; they looked welcoming and were courteous. The rooms were nice, cozy, and clean. The bidet on the CR could be better. We were not able to use the TV since the remote seemed not to be working okay, but it was not a big deal for us. The beach is also okay, as well as the pool; it's clear and cold. For the food, it is absolutely delicious. Every one of us enjoyed the food. Regarding facilities, we had a little concern with the function hall since there were mosquitoes when we entered the first time, although later on it was okay. The staff were nice and reliable. Overall, we achieved our goal; we truly relaxed.

It’s a peaceful place. You can really take a vacation. With trees everywhere. It’s good place to stay
