Nice hotel overall. The room was not as nice as expected. Location is good. A bit pricey for quality of the room imo.

HC Liri is a cute and comfortable hotel with an amazing view. The staff and owners are so friendly and took time each morning when serving breakfast to talk to us. The rooms were clean and the decor was bright. Both my kids enjoyed the pool after time on the beach. Right outside our room was a shared balcony with rockers, chairs and hammocks. The hotel had posted quiet times 10pm-8am and we really appreciated that since we were traveling with our two kids.

Parking is tight. Ended up having to pay addition money at check in that was not disclosed in the addition reservation which was prepaid. Did not provide each guest a towel and when asked for additional towels asked if we could share. They did end up providing everyone with a towel. That’s just understood. Breakfast was amazing and the morning staff just as amazing. Views were great and we loved being right on the beach.

Great hotel, very clean, great free breakfast, friendly staff, very helpful owner who knows the area well and helped me with all my questions. Pool was nice and cleaned daily. Quieter area on the edge of town where you can hear the ocean waves yet an easy walk into town and to beach. No problem walking across the sand path a few blocks to SJDS.

We loved this hotel! Our room was tidy and the staff was very friendly, especially late when we checked in. The breakfast was very tasty and the views impeccable.
The only issue was that this was a bit difficult to find. On Google Maps, it looks like there is a walkable bridge from the main part of San Juan to the hotel but that bridge has long been washed away we found out. So the only convenient way to reach downtown San Juan is to walk along the beach which means getting your feet wet. Not a huge issue, but bring sandals if you don't want wet socks!

FIRST STOP at this hotel. It has an amazing view to the San Juan del sur bay. The service was amazing. The host & the staff are friendly and courteous. It’s near the restaurants. 37 years anniversary! Was the bomb! 🇳🇮 🇵🇷
