I stayed at room 2003, after check out my companion noticed that she has bed bugs marks. I sent an emailt o the hotel but they did not respond, I raised the issue to Trip.com, they assisted me and refunded me half the amount with trip coins for compensation. But the hotel did not help me at all.
Also, the picture looks so different than the real room. Room is so old and check the photo that I uploaded of their aircondition unit.
They also charge parking fee of php600.00 per night.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Bit old. This is a condotel so you will pay 600 pesos for the overnight parking fee.

It was a decent hotel given the price. Air condition was not as cold despite adjusting to its lowest temp. Towels are a bit over used already so as the soap and shampoo dispensers

The place is quite nice. I’ve seen a few cockroaches in the bathroom and the table. Internet was so bad and so as the tv.
