The most horrible experience! It is so sad for me that my first time in Puerto Rico went through a rough time at La Concha Hotel !!
The bartenders and one of the managers in duty at night time treated me and my fiends so horrible they are clearly *************************** !

We thought booking this hotel it would be a 5 star experience to be honest, based on how high the price per night is. The parking was terrible & we got charged $65/night until we fixed it at the counter for $20/night. The beach is not really swimmable since the very strong tide. From what I've read many people drowned here. Room was ok I guess.

Environment: Very, very good! Highly recommend the sea view room; it is amazing. The hotel has two bars. The outdoor garden bar can go directly to the seaside; very suitable for vacation.
