I really enjoyed my stay. It's a very modern hotel right in TMobil District. There's always something new to do there and enjoy.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Ambiance is top of the line. Only regret I have is that I couldn't enjoy the pool due to a late check-in and short stay. I definitely plan to stay again!

Hotel location is good, there are beaches in the hotel, but because of the age, the hotel is a bit old, and the price of sea view rooms is also very expensive, the rooms are a bit small and the windows are very small

The hotel room was very comfortable. The swimming pool brought many people during the day and afternoon, and there was a smell of urine by the pool. The location is also good. A taxi to the old town will cost around 10 knives and will not spend too much on traffic. Breakfast was good too!

It takes 10 minutes from the airport. And 5 minutes walk to the osean attached. We arrived 6am but they allowed us early check-in because the room was available without additional charge.

There are not many Puerto Rico hotels to choose from on Ctrip, and the reviews are limited. Most of them are reproduced on booking. This hotel was chosen at random based on price and location. The hotel is quite old, the rooms are not big and clean, ten minutes drive from the old town, and there are some seaside highway scenery along the way. The hotel has two small swimming pools, which are mainly used to bring baby water. The beach in the hotel is very close, and a nice evening walk. Nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and Star Dad are available. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Cantonese. The dishes are generally large but expensive, and three people eat ninety dollars quickly. Not recommended if there is no obsession with Chinese food. Breakfast at the hotel is not bad. If the requirements are not high, it is okay to eat enough. After all, the old breakfast is simple. After staying for two days, I got up to prepare for a bath the next day and found that there was no hot water. The parking lot is huge, $ 17 a night.

Pros: Only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Extremely courteous staff. Dulcesalado restaurant is literally attached to the hotel, super convenient. Beautiful modern lobby Cons: Some rooms don’t have much of a view. Lobby is extremely narrow Overall: Beautifully designed, close to the beach. Wish there were more amenities but overall would recommend booking here

We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It's a short car or bus ride from the eastern-side forts and Viejo San Juan, and they had a lovely pool (the second photo was the view from the pool area overlooking the lagoon) and exercise room. We had breakfast at the hotel during our stay, and the food was solid in terms of both hot and cold options (but unfortunately there wasn't any variety between days); we enjoyed the made-to-order omelets very much. The highlight included amenity of this hotel was the beach umbrellas and chairs at the Playita del Condado, which was a calmer beach and away from the ripcurrents; we were also able to use the pools at the Condado Plaza.

Hotels in San Juan are generally on the expensive side. This one is relatively cost-effective. The hardware is OK, there are supermarkets and restaurants within 10 minutes' walk, and you can go to the beach to enjoy another parasol and chair provided by Marriot. There is a $45 credit per day to order food by the panhouse pool. There are a lot of staff, and when I arrived at the hotel, someone helped with valet parking. When I checked in, I was told that I didn't know when the room would be ready. I specifically reminded me that I wanted a quiet room. Someone skillfully helped store the luggage. As soon as we sat down for dinner, we received a text message saying that the room was ready. It turned out that the room was directly opposite the elevator, which was very noisy. On the first night, I was woken up by two knocks on the door at 3:30 in the middle of the night, and there was no one outside. I told the front desk early in the morning, and I received a thoughtful text message in the morning asking if I was satisfied with the stay. I said someone knocked on the door and informed the front desk, and the reply was polite and said that I would investigate. I didn't get a reply when I left the hotel. There was a towel in the hotel that was wet and I didn't dare to use it. If you park by yourself, you have to go to the entrance with the parking ticket and ask the staff to manually fill in the room number and name and charge the room in the system, and then you can exit from another parking lot. It seems that all the services are superficial. Check-in and parking could have been smoother. Guests' requests for rooms should not be ignored. Knocking on the door in the middle of the night should give timely answers.
