Not close to Perugia, this is a resort hotel. If you're not local, it's not worth making a special trip. It's an old property, and it seems like it hasn't been well-maintained recently, with a musty smell. One of the glass cups in the room had clearly been used, and there was a broom consistently left outside the room door. The breakfast quality, however, was good.

The hotel staff's service isn't up to par with the location and could definitely be improved. The pool had very hard loungers, no soft mattresses. Waking up early in the morning was very unpleasant due to the noise of maintenance work. There's room for improvement, given the potential of the old building and the grounds. Great service at the bar and restaurant, with staff who were attentive and friendly. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the garden beautifully maintained, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. However, I was a bit disappointed that access to the spa facilities (such as the sauna and steam room) required an additional charge. While I completely understand paying for treatments, I feel that basic access to these facilities should be included. Overall, though, it’s a very calm and enjoyable place to stay.
