Lovely, well decorated clean hotel. In a quiet location. Rooms great, kept clean. Entertainment quite decent with various international acts.Food enjoyable , great selection. Staff very friendly. Would definitely return.

Lovely hotel. Very clean big rooms, amazing views, lovely staff, although some days one single person working the bar to serve all 4 hotels on the complex. The food is shocking for a 4* a very bang average 2/3* selection. Exactly the same poor low quality food every single day with zero variation. The snack bar did pickled veg, gerkhins, pickled onions, olives pitted, olives not pitted, black olives. Pizza, chicken nuggets, hot dog or burger. Basic salad with ham and cheese. When I asked them to make a toasty with the ham and cheese I was told no due to cross contamination. Then you go in the restaraunt and they are cooking raw meat and fish on the same griddle. Nothing changed at all ever. The food was ok and well presented in the restaurant but it was low quality. The drinks were the same, the orange juice tasted like Andrew’s liver salts. It was definetly powdered juice. A positive was San Miguel on draft if you like lager. Premium drinks would take for ever if you asked for one the queue would be 10/15 people long by the time you got it. Sundays were even worse they shut the other restaurant and everyone from all 4 hotels went to one room, my goodness it was like a night at the ok coral, food all over the floor, like pigs had been in a trough. The staff do a good job but they run the hotel on a very very tight budget and it’s telling in how little staff work the whole complex. There are more VIP people trying to sell you £7500 5 year deals than staff serving you food and drink. All in all a beautiful hotel in a lovely location, let down by the level of service provided not the staff that work there. The tea and coffee situation was strange, they have you a tea bag and a coffee sachet, but no milk and never replenished it either. If you treat it as self catering and forget about the AI it’s lovely hotel.

The Hotel is very clean and nicely decorated, the staff are friendly but not enough of them. On the negative side, the quality and variety of food are not at the level of 4 star Hotel. Food was almost the same every day. My daughter only eats chicken, which is often unavailable. Steak is also hardly on the buffet, mostly pork. I suppose because of the price. The rest of the food would mostly repeat every day. Breakfast was not also at 4 star level. We asked three times to book the a la carte restaurant, but either the person who was booking was gone, or we had to go some other place or it was fully booked. Also, you will be approached differently by the salespeople for the "VIP services" and they want you to spend 1.5 hours with them in exchange for a voucher. We totally avoided them.

We had such a wonderful time on our visit with our 3 young children. The pool facilities, including the splash park were a hit with our children. The various different restaurants had such a range of delicious food which included child friendly options. The cleaning staff did an excellent job - our room was beautifully cleaned every day. All the staff were attentive and ready to help at any opportunity. We had to go to hospital during our stay and the reception staff were incredibly supportive. The entertainment staff were superb too. They always had a huge smile on their faces, helping to create a fun party atmosphere throughout the day and into the evening with the mini disco. They spent time to make my children feel special and get to know them. The hotel is such a special place. We’ll definitely be back!

The room was dirty and full of dust. The bed linen was torn in several places. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of finding cockroaches in the ocean cafe dining room, including on the plates you were supposed to eat. The indoor pool cannot be called a swimming pool, it is a larger tub without any facility to relax. airless and cramped.

Please ignore any negative reviews you may have read. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our suite in block 4 was huge with lovely sea and pool views. Our room was cleaned daily with bed linen and towels changed on request. Pool towels were available for a deposit. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were always greeted with a smile. We did experience a small problem during our stay and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful in resolving this. The food was a little repetitive but there was always a good selection and plenty of it. We would definitely return.

The first thing to say is how unbelievably clean this place is. I don’t know how they do it but it is spotless everywhere ! The cleaning staff must work so incredibly hard it is amazing how clean it is. The room we had was my favourite club room with sea view. Again absolutely spotless and lovely and modern bright and spacious. We were above one of the pools and could be a bit noisy at times but it did not bother us atall We prefered using the lower pool which has a beautiful sea view nice bar and snack bar this pool seemed quieter than the music and entertainment of the main pool just depends what you like. When we walked through the main pool are they all seemed to be having a great time round there with a live singer one day and water games etc. kids seemed to love it there we went only as a couple but we said if our kids were younger they would have loved it at this place. The resort is quiet and chilled out with nice costal walks to the next towns Food was really good. Loads of choice I do not understand the reviews saying bad food it just isn’t our experience at all it definitely deserves its four stars and I think this hotel has the potential to become a five star with a few improvements The staff are all really helpful and will go out of their way to help you. I went to reception quite late one night because I really wanted some milk for my tea in the room. The lovely man got straight on the phone to the housekeeping and she was there outside the door waiting for me by the time I even got up there ! Would recommend this hotel for a family or couples break we have had a brilliant experience here.

Nice hotel and staff polite and helpful. Clean and quite good overall TBH. The main Buffet was extremely busy like a busy airport at times and we were in block 4 so quite a trek from the main buffet but we had a smaller restaurant which was much better and not as busy with a nice drinks bar next to it which suited us fine. there was a pool close by also so all good. Except that the restaurant shut Sunday and Monday much to our surprise so we ate out at the local restaurants rather than suffer the main buffet which we would only rate about 5.5 /6 out of 10. But overall a nice hotel and good value for money for the flight, hotel, food and drink as we were all inclusive and a lot cheaper than similar deals but if you are expecting 4/5 star then this hotel is not for you as realistically its 3/4 star and a large sprawling complex. Not so good for the less mobile guests. However for good value and cleanliness and adequate facilities this is a good choice hotel and apart from the above buffet comments we could not fault the complex.

Lovely hotel, most staff were very friendly, clean thought out and room was lovely. Didn’t replace tea bags or loo roll after cleaning room though on 2 occasions. Unfortunately the food was far from 4 star, basic, bland and unappealing. We also both experienced dodgy tummy’s and sickness so we then ate out the hotel meaning we lost out on the all inclusive. The entertainment staff were lovely and welcoming, unfortunately due to the main hall lay out the entertainment was hard to see with little seating for such a large hotel and amount of guests. Limited over crowded smoking areas were also an issue.
