Stayed for 1 day 🇯🇵
・The location is the best, in the middle of the center so you can go anywhere
・Restaurant is adjacent
・The shower room is safe and clean
・Water is not always available, so you need to buy it
・There is no refrigerator
・ Shampoo, body soap, and soap are always available
・Convenient because the airport is close to some extent

Hotel ubicado en el centro de San Miguel de Tucuman. Viejo, falta mantenimiento, paredes descascaradas, camas y almohadas incomodas. La habitaciòn que nos asignaron, externa, no bajaba totalmente la persiana, el aire acondicionado hacìa ruido. Al realizar al dia siguiente el reclamo nos ofrecieron cambio de habitaciòn argumentando que no podia repar**** porque a la persiana le faltaban varillas, ofrecieron supuestamente una habitaciòn era superior pero las condiciones generales fueron las mismas, la unica diferencia estaba dada en que la persiana cerraba. No es hotel 3 estrellas.

No lo recomiendo, no es un hotel 3 estrellas. El hotel presenta en su interior falta de pintura, la alfombra de los pasillos colocada encima de cerámicos rotos que suenan al caminar, falta pintura en las habitaciones, baño con un inodoro en parte debajo del lavado, la ducha pequeña, abrís la mampara y se empapa el baño, la misma sucia en sus burletes, sin secador de pelo. Las ventanas dan a un pulmón sucio y con toda la pintura roída. La verdad es qué pensé qué estaba en un hotel de 1 estrella. UNA VERGÜENZA NO LO RECOMIENDO.

¡NO VUELVO PARA AVERIGUAR MAS! Y les aseguro que ninguno de mis colegas tampoco, DESAGRADABLE LA RECEPCION DEL HOTEL PARA EMPEZAR. La primera recepcionista que, si no mal recuerdo Rosario totalmente NULA con toda información que le solicitamos, sin saber tarifas con mala predisposición y sin intenciones de solucionarnos la estadía imprevista por falla de uno de nuestros camiones en ruta rumbo al CADILLAL. ¡NOS FUIMOS, llamamos nuevamente a la noche 3 VECES para ver si tendríamos suerte y nos cortaban después nos atiende una mujer enojada que no tiene lugar! que RARO QUE UN HOTEL CON PERSONAL DEFICIENTE ESTE COMPLETO.

El edificio del hotel tiene mucho para mejorar. El desayuno bueno, es del café Bonafide. La atención excelente, destaco a Florencia que nos permitió quedarnos unas hs extra sin cargo hasta la salida de nuestro vuelo. Volvería porque está bien ubicado y nos fue útil para nuestro propósito.
