The room was nice, clean and look newly remodeled. There was several options for restaurants within the calling distant.

This was a nice motel that is older but they’ve updated it a bit. Would stay here again before a cruise.

It was ok for the amount, the bed needs to be changed though, the middle is sagging. The tub needs a plug to keep the water if you want to use the tub

Family owned and operated. They referred us to a near by restaurant and kept our luggage in their office since we were early for check-in. Very nice staff!

Very clean very pleasant very helpful staff the area is a little sketchy though. You certainly wouldn’t wanna be walking around at night.

Liked that it was close to the cruise terminal and reasonably priced. Not the best area nor a very nice place but for one night OK. There was a biker bar 1/2 block away and when they raced their engine it was very loud. Nice owners on property.

RUDE management and LACK customer service
Overall is ok … just convenience location to where we need it for one night.
BUT, as I dropping my stuff away from second floor to my car downstairs; an older woman (assuming management) asked if I check out, i said yes. Then she said “give me the key” I replied “I’m not done yet” And it’s 9am which I still have my stay until 11am. I walked away to get my stuff upstairs she said again “give me the keys”
Then I said “I’m not done yet! Am I being kick out?!”
I walked away to finish then left.
That was rude and unnecessary!!
And I went to office to tell the front desk and an older guy same thing; “drop the key there “
I was gonna give 4 star but I’m leaving 1 star because of her and the older guy at front desk.
They’re RUDE and will it recommend this place because of their SUPER LACK customer service !!
