I spent 3 nights in this boutique hotel in the center of San Pedro de Atacama as part of a weeklong trip to Chile. The hotel has 45 rooms, all on the same level, arranged like a resort around a pool. Like all hotels in town, they keep a Spanish hacienda-like architecture so not to ruin the appeal of the place. There are a lot of nice, subtle touches that define the place as special: local artisan tapestries, use of antique furniture and distressed wood throughout the hotel, very nice lampshades, and so on. Staff is really friendly and well prepared. I asked and was able to get a late check in without any issues. The room was large, with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom with good toiletries. The restaurant has excellent food with a very expansive food and drinks menu; just as well, buffet breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed the place, special mention to Roma at the front desk, she was really helpful and very kind. If you want to experience luxury at a reasonable price in this small town in the northern Chilean desert, this is the place to go.
