Jardin Atacama Hotel

The staff and service of Jardin de Atacama goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They helped us with everything, transfers, and early breakfast. The property has a nice pool and garden to relax after a sunny day.

It should go without saying that “jardin” means something a bit different in the middle of the Atacama desert. That said, this is an entirely functional hotel in a very good location in San Pedro. They have secure parking on-site. You can walk to great restaurants and the middle of town in a few minutes. The rooms are very small and rustic. (Someone said the rooms by the pool are bigger, but I didn’t see inside them.) No TVs and hot water is hit or miss.

A great hotel in the centre of the town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Its the 3rd one we have stayed in the town so I have a few to compare it to and it was the nicest we had stayed in. Best breakfast for sure . Room in our price range was small but very comfy with a great shower.

Very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast. Staff super helpful and friendly. They are giving you advises on what to do and how to organize to have the best experience! Rooms are nice, as well as communal areas. An excellent place to stay in atacama.

Jardín Atacama is a gem. It is conveniently located as it is walkable to shops and options for dining. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and Roberto made our whole trip that much better by being incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options for the old and young. I would not hesitate in staying at this hotel again - it is simply wonderful.

Very pleasant hotel. Close to centre but quiet, built in typical low San Pedro style around a patio, with pleasant garden and small pool. Room was on the small side, but with comfortable bed and modern bathroom - and, for once, plenty of places to plug in devices, including USB and European-style sockets. Not a luxury hotel, but excellent and comfortable. Efficient and friendly service from young and enthusiastic team. Recommended.

We stayed at Jardin Atacama for 4 days in Feb 2023. Highly recommended. Friendly staff, clean rooms and nice facilities (incl a wonderful garden and a swimming pool). Good location in San Pedro de Atacama, really nearby to the main shopping/restaurant street.

Comfortable bed, remodel bathroom. Good location with excellent staff. Small clean room with wifi and no TV. Water available to refill your bottle. Loved the place!

Very simple and basic hotel. Staff very nice and accommodating. Reception and management all speak English. ‘Homey’ type breakfast. Very sweet Chilean woman makes homemade pancakes/crepes/pies/muffins/cookies and personalized eggs daily. Every morning was different. Tea and coffee available all day. Location within San Pedro (dirt roads, not paved) very close to shops and restaurants.
