What a beautiful property with the luxury amenities of a 5 star hotel. The chef is amazing and we ate several meals in the beautiful ambience of their dining room. Comfortable beds and beautiful room with a view of the surrounding lake and mountains. We would highly recommend this hotel and its beautiful staff.

We were not able to make it to this hotel due to protests in Guatemela with road closures preventing travel. We can however attest to the fact that the hotel staff checked on us during our travel and kept in touch to make sure we did not get stuck in a road blockade. This level of attention to customer safely shows the level of service provided at this hotel. I would like to give a shout out to Lopez who was very kind and worked with a sister property on Antigua to resolve our dilemma

Everything was organized and seamless, property pays a wonderful tribute to local culture & community, and I felt extremely safe and well taken care of as a solo female traveller journeying through Guatemala for the first time! Even as a non Spanish speaker I had no issues in communicating or having my needs addressed. Thank you to the wonderful staff at this hotel for making my stay so pleasant and memorable!

1. Declined in service. Old and wasted robes and towels. Relation price - service is not at all good. Sooooo expensive for what you are getting. Food is average but really expensive, not worth it.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views of Lake Atitlan. The hot staff were very attentive and helpful. The ambiance of the restaurant was relaxing and classy, and the meals were delicious with a wide range of traditional dishes. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway.
