El 20 de febrero de 2025, viajé con mi pareja y contraté, a través de la página Despegar, una estadía de 10 días en el Waterside Hotel and Suites por un valor de USD 1.183,34. Sin embargo, al llegar al hotel, nos cobraron un adicional de USD 400, argumentando que USD 100 correspondían a un seguro y los otros USD 300 eran supuestamente por "derechos de hospedaje en la línea costera", una explicación que nunca quedó del todo clara. Además, el check-in no se realiza en el mismo edificio donde te alojas, lo que implica que, después de un viaje cansador y con todo el equipaje, debes trasladarte a otra ubicación para registrarte. Una vez dentro del hotel, la experiencia siguió siendo negativa. No hay personal para recibirte ni a quién consultar ante cualquier duda. De los 10 días de estadía, solo un día recibimos servicio de habitación, y fue únicamente después de insistir en la recepción. Aun así, la atención fue descuidada: no cambiaron las sábanas, trapearon el piso dejándolo empapado y solo repusieron las toallas una vez, también tras nuestro reclamo. La habitación tenía un fuerte olor a humedad, y el trato del personal fue sumamente deficiente: se dirigían a los huéspedes de manera grosera y sin brindar explicaciones claras sobre los servicios del hotel. En conclusión, fue una experiencia muy decepcionante. No recomiendo este hotel bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Se quedo muy en el tiempo, hacia mucho que no iba, no mejoro nada sus instalaciones, el restarurante un 10 como siempre, pero el resto a mejorar y mucho. Loos amenities de muy baja calidad y las toallas muy usadas, debe mejorar mucho sus instalaciones.

Muy malo el nivel del hotel. Viejo, olor a baño el los pasillos de los pisos . El gym vergonzoso maquinas pocas viejas y rotas. No hay agua en el gym. Feo el ambiente en general del hotel. En decadencia claramente. Destaco la buena onda y amabilidad del personal. Pero o invierten y mejoran el hotel o bajen el precio y con suerte es un 2 estrellas .

Buen hotel, buen mantenimiento, muy buena atención, facilidades en el pago con tarjeta, buen estacionamiento, se debe mejorar el desayuno. Pileta y zona de recreación agradables. Ropa de cama impecable! Buena vistas, estuve en la suite y es muy agradable.

Somos huéspedes frecuentes.Nuestra excelente experiencia se repite en cada visita.Tanto es asi, que no podemos diferenciar si vamos a San Rafael y paramos en el Tower ,o lo hacemos para parar en el Tower. Recordamos nuestras experiencias de niños en los denominados "Hoteles Familiares ",por la calidez del personal de todos los sectores y del ambiente,y la comida "casera" . Llevado al tiempo actual,las vivencias se parecen a un "Hotel Boutique " ,por el trato personalizado y el ambiente intimo y exclusivo. Muchas gracias,de corazón. Volveremos para seguir disfrutando. El personal del hotel es súper amable y servicial en todo momento. La asistencia médica con la que cuentan es súper rápida comparada con la de la asistencia al viajero que teníamos. Pagamos el late check out y como nos adelantaron el vuelo nos devolvieron el importe sin problema. El hotel se encuentran en excelentes condiciones, el desayuno es abundante y fresco. Las habitaciones están súper limpias y son cómodas. Las toallas se encuentran en perfectas condiciones al igual que la ropa de cama, solo sus almohadas no son lo mejor pero el resto es todo excelente.

La amabilidad de su personal es totalmente destacado, estan siempre dispuestos a responder todo lo solicitado, algo totalmente para destacar y sumamente valorable, (llegamos temprano antes del horario de ingreso, y nos proporcionaron la habitacion , estaba lista y libre) la ubicacion exelente, la limpieza muy buena, todo huele a rico, el desayuno riquisimo, ambundante, de buena calidad , y para almorzar o cenar sus platos son exquisitos y en cuanto al valor es acepable - POR SUPUESTO ANTE OTRA OPORTUNIDAD DE ESTAR EN SAN RAFAEL SERA NUEVAMENTE ELEGIDO
