The paradise on earth …. Amazing location with beautiful cabins with views on the Arenal volcano and lake. The gardens are beautiful. It’s so great to eat on the panoramic terrace. Staff is extremely nice and pleasant. In El Castillo, you’ll avoid all the agitation of La Fortuna!

A possible scam
My partner and I booked this property however when we arrived at 7pm, there was a large gate blocking the entrance and no one was there. We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. It took us until 945 pm before we were able to get a far from desirable accommodations. We were preparing to sleep in our car by that time. We have yet to receive a refund or response. There is only one review. It is possible that this is a scam. I would recommend strongly against risking this potential

This small hotel is quite nice, Very quite place and very nice staff, The rooms were spotless , The views are just amazing with incredible views, Fantastic gardens and lot of birds and even monkeys, Very nice spot
