Very convenient location close to shopping mall. Staff very polite

Excellent location, great beds and pillows. Really clean. Staff is very accommodating and attentive.

Personnel was friendly but I had to protest for being assigned a room with a plastic green cover in the window and people working and making noise on the outside. The manager assigned us another room. And that make the difference. Overall service good and friendly, the breakfasts are amazingly good

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. The location is very convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. Make sure you use Uber Eats if you’re not leaving the hotel. The room was clean, the water was hot, the towels were thick. I recommend.

The property was located close to a main avenue and in a save place. Many walking distance places to visit and eat

We had a great stay at Kaleo. Clean, safe and well situated. Smallish complaint is that hot water for showers is lacking. That, and the property does not accept Bitcoin which is the reason we did not extend much longer. Highly recommended.

All good with this boutique hotel except the parking. There are like 10-15 rooms and just space for 2 cars inside the building for all the guests.

Very nice and charming place

This hotel is very small, nice and quiet boutique hotel. The staff isn’t so friendly but I think it had more to do what the language barrier. None of the staff speaks English so you will need to know at least a little Spanish or have a translation app. The cafe there has very limited food and they charge you for EVERYTHING. Any substitutions will be additional even if it’s an even swap out.

Clean and comfortable boutique hotel, friendly and attentive staff, always enjoy my stay here when I visit beautiful El Salvador.

I had travel all over the USA and this was our first time to El Salvador with my wife and this Hotel made this experience amazing, great people, great property, great service, rooms are great, bed is amazing, we're planning to comeback with our family
