Be careful with the description! It's a scam! The good reviews are written by the guests themselves or by paid acquaintances; the reality is different. It's a guesthouse with 6-7 rooms and two miserable bathrooms shared by 16-20 people. Besides the lines to use the bathroom/shower, imagine the smell. We couldn't stand more than 6 hours between the smell of urine and "let's go, pack up everything, and leave." The person in charge of the guesthouse assured us that we would lose our money if we didn't stay. We called *********** to complain, and as usual, the commission is more important than the customer. We lost the money for our enthusiastically planned mini-vacation to visit such a beautiful city because of these unscrupulous scammers. The authorities should have more control over these people who describe their guesthouses as if they were from another world, and better customer service, because you live off their money, and if that's not how you describe your miserable accommodations, you should be fined. *********** and other platforms should focus more on the customer and ensure payment security between the customer and hoteliers.
