Everything was good, but it wasn't pleasant because of the weather. I repeated it raining all three days, especially if I tried to go out, I wanted to rain and be bad luck. The hotel is good with facilities and cleanliness, and the staff are friendly. It's a bit hard if it rains or it's too hot. Plus, it's hard to catch a taxi

The bus terminal is a 10-minute walk away. There is a street restaurant downstairs and the famous Basque cake is nearby. Free bottled water is provided, the hair dryer is powerful, and the bedding and towels are soft and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is very good, walking distance from the station and the beach. The room is self-check-in, there is no front desk, but the overall is very smooth and there is no problem, the facilities are good and clean ～

Good location and very seamless check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The hostel allowed us to store our luggage at no extra charge, which was super convenient. Breakfast was okay. The only thing is that the shared bathroom could use a bit more attention to cleanliness, especially since it's used by around 10 people. Overall, though, it was quite a good experience!

This time, I stayed with a friend for 2 days and 1 nights. I stayed on Saturday, but I went wrong to make sure I was in time for check-in on weekdays, and when I arrived, the front desk was over. Naturally, there was no one at the front desk and I was quite impatient, but if I was patiently calling the emergency contact information placed at the front desk, the gentle owner answered the phone. I was told the room number and managed to stay in the room. I was very grateful that I could check my money and passport the next day. We can't speak Spanish fluently, but the owner understood what we wanted to say and responded very kindly. I am very grateful. The room was clean and comfortable to spend the night. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, so I don't think you will have any trouble eating. I would like to take care of you again.

Good location to old town and city.
Clean apartment hotel with good amenities.
Staffs are friendly but with limited working time in reception. You might need to call staff to checkout/in.

Amazing stay for San Sebastián. Older Victorian style villa converted for boutique hotel use. Excellent concept and room! Cleaning staff was thorough and all staff was amazing and helpful. Didn’t spend much time on the property but no need as the city itself is amazing.

NNOBUKOIt was a very cozy, small hotel.
The front desk is only open from 9 am to 9 pm, so be careful.
Breakfast is not served, but it's okay because you can take light bread, fruits and coffee freely.
The room is an old building, so the floor is a little waved, but it was nice with clean and cute interior.
The location is also convenient because it is 10 minutes walk to the old town and closer to GROS.

HHuangExcept that the hotel is a bit far from the city, 2 kilometers away (you can get there by bus for 1.85 euros), the rest of the facilities are very satisfactory. The room is large, heating is provided, and the breakfast at 19 euros at your own expense is also good. The shower room may be a bit small. Turn around. A little difficult! If you are going to the French border town of Hendaye, there is a bus (2.85 euros) near the hotel to the Spanish border town of Irun, and then you can take the commuter tram to Hendaye and take the French high-speed train to Bordeaux or Paris.
