4 minutes from the beach.
Huge terrace, small but comfortable room (there are also larger ones)
Only the breakfast in the café downstairs is not recommended. In addition, the cushions on the terrace could be cleaner (they are completely exposed to the rain).
The location is phenomenal, the staff extremely friendly

Basic good facilities for a hostel. Solo traveller to see a Springsteen show in San Sebastián. Hostel was a little out of the way but there is a good bus service. Staff are friendly and the breakfasts were lovely with a choice.

The hotel is well located in terms of location and services, you only need to have more parking spaces (only 7 per reception) to offer customers as the whole area and surroundings is blue, The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel.
The breakfast is not very varied, the coffee is automatic and leaves a lot to desire.

Very very satisfied with a hotel, because the standard is two stars, hesitant to fear the environment is not good, the result is completely worried. NNagore & JacquieWe have a wonderful experience walking up the hill and locating Avenida Hotel. The views are amazing and looking stunning up the mountain. Great location walking distance to the beach and city. Excellent services at reception and morning breakfast. Easy access to gym and swimming pool.

MmarkeeThe hotel is not on the beach, just a few hundred meters away from Shell Bay, but it has to go uphill. There are no restaurants nearby. There are bicycles at the door for riding. The rooms are okay. One of our rooms had a peculiar smell, but the others did not.
