The most beautiful setting with amazing food and hospitality. Massimo and his father Pietro go out of their way to make the visit truly special. Their incorporation of wild herbs into food and beverage is like nothing I’ve ever seen. With so many picturesque towns to choose from in Italy, this one stands out for its peacefulness. And Hotel 7e Mezzo is the best to take it all in.

I stayed here for a yoga retreat, it was a perfect location surrounded by nature. Many of the meals we ate included herbs and vegetables grown locally. The owner of the hotel Massimo showed us many herbs used in the food growing at the hotel and we tried some fresh strawberries. We had the opportunity to make our own pizzas with Massimo’s father as our teacher. It is a great location to hike from and there are some interesting places to visit in the surrounding village including a small museum that studies how plants can be used as natural medicine. Massimo is very helpful and was happy to give us information about the local area and places to visit. Thank you!

Family run hotel that welcomes you as part of the family. massimo would do everything to make his guests happy stuning view int nature and hills. ask for room vith view. very authentic fresh homemade food. especially different type of pasta very tasty and unique.

Such a beautiful place! It was the most stunning view from hotel I’ve ever had in my life. We did a Yoga Retreat in the hotel and I can’t imagine better place. Massimo helped us with any requests and overcome any possible expectations with his hospitality. Tranquility of the place, spacious terras with spectacular view, National Park nearby, tastiest food, all that made our retreat very special. We’ll come back 🙏

Siamo andati con un gruppo di 20 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le stanze dell'albergo sono grandi e ben tenute, oltre che pulitissime. L'host Massimo è di una cortesia unica e fa in modo tale da farti sentire a casa, Consigliatissimo per chi vuole fare escursioni sul Pollino ma anche se vuoi solo passare qualche giorno di totale relax. Mangiare delizioso ed in quantità giuste da farti gustare il piatto senza farti alzare da tavola appesantito.

Io e i miei cugini abbiamo trascorso tre giorni a dir poco perfetti. Le camere erano impeccabili. La vera chiave vincente però è rappresentata dal proprietario, Massimo, che ci ha conquistati non solo con la sua simpatia e disponibilità ma soprattutto con la sua cucina, di stampo tipico lucano seppur sempre con un tocco unico e originale e con un gioco di spezie ed erbe aromatiche che rende il pasto un’esperienza unica!! Consigliatissimo
