Our stay at Le Dune was wonderfull, the house is almost on the beach! It's clean and everything you need is there. But what do you need if you have the sun and the beach! Denise is very kind and helpfull if you need anything. It's a central place to visit some places in Toscany. Walk distance to San Vincenzo is 20 minuten. Parking in front off the appartements. We were happy to stay in Le Dune!

Appena Appena tornati da una settimana d'aprile in questo residence... Avevamo un appartamento da 5 ed uno da due... Appartenenti eccellenti e puliti, tutto il necessario... Camere da letto ampie e bagno altrettanto... Staff gentile e disponibile.. Location direttamente sul mare veramente SUPERLATIVA. WiFi funziona molto bene. Solo un paio di consiglio visto anche che chissà si vorrebbe tornare... Più pentole specialmente nell'appartamento da 5.. Ed una lavastoviglie non sarebbe di più. Grazie ancora.. Qualità prezzo mese d'aprile chiaramente direi 8,5.

Wir waren auch dieses Jahr wieder für 10 Tage Gäste in Le Dune. Das Personal am Empfang und für den Unterhalt sind sehr kompetent, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. jedes Jahr werden wir überrascht mit wertvollen Erneuerungen die gemacht worden sind in den Wohnungen. Die Qualität und das Leistungsverhältnis entsprechen voll dem Preis. Das Apartement haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden. Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohlgefühlt, erholt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Herzlichen Dank an die Mitarbeiter die sich so herzlich um uns kümmern in der Residence.

Tolles Appartement mit allem, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen war bei Hitze wunderbar. Die Lage des Appartmenthauses ist phantastisch , mehrere Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten im Freien mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man kann direkt am Wasser entlang nach San Vinzenco spazieren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sono stata 5 giorni alle Dune ad agosto. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, confortevoli e completamente nuovi! L'accoglienza e' speciale , e in casa c'e' tutto quello che occorre, persino il sapone in bagno, doccia e cucina! Mi sono sentita coccolata. Il posto e' stupendo. Direttamente sulla spiaggia. Ci sono anche ombrelloni e sdraio per ciascun appartamento. Vicino a tutto, centro e supermercato. Torneremo sicuramente!!! Bello, bello!!!

La mansarda è molto accogliente, dal terrazzino c'è una vista stupenda. L'appartamento è in ottime condizioni, perfettamente attrezzato, non manca nulla. La palazzina è tenuta egregiamente, imbiancata, pulita, in ordine. La zona è molto tranquilla e il mare e la spiaggia sono veramente a due passi. La reception è sempre a disposizione con gentilezza e professionalità.

Wir 1 Familie haben 1 Woche im Appartement mit Meerblick verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Der Balkon mit direktem Blick aufs Meer war großartig. Der Strand direkt vor dem Haus was will man mehr. Wir hatten entspannte Ferien mit den Kindern.
