We spent 8 nights at the Residence and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Roberta, Maria and all other staff where absolutely friendly and helpful. Our child was a little ill at the beginning and Roberta called a doctor for us who came directly to the Residence. The accomodation was absolutely clean and tidy. The pool was in very good condition and the outdoor shower, sun lounges and community area were brilliant. The kids could use the books, ping pong, games, playground, ... and everything was in good condition. Our dog felt also very comfortable and we were happy about this pet friendly place. A dog beach was also quite close, which was very convenient. We've checked the exact location of the accomodation beforehand and for us the traffic along the Via Aurelia and the street nearby were absolutely okay. Of course, absolute silence is always a dream but the perfect location close to the beach, the beautiful scenic landscape/coastline and - above all - the well maintained accomodation itself with all its facilities made our holiday perfect.

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni in questa struttura e siamo rimasti davvero contenti. Il personale eccezionale, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile anche per le richieste dell'ultimo minuto. L'appartamento è molto pulito, ordinato, e accogliente, il bagno pulito e abbastanza ampio, letti comodi, unica pecca se proprio vogliamo trovarne una, le luci dell'appartamento erano poco luminose. Posto auto al coperto, raggiungibile comodamente dalle scalette, presente anche una lavanderia e una piccola palestra. Area giochi per bimbi piccola ma graziosa, area comune con barbecue, tavoli, calcio balilla, ping pong e giochi da tavolo molto bella e ideale per fare amicizia. Macchinetta del caffè (in stanza non c'è caffettiera) valida e a prezzi abbordabili. Il top del top le brioche al mattino consegnate nel patio per una cifra davvero irrisoria. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina perchè avevamo altre cose in programma ma vogliamo tornare al più presto per vivere al 100% l'esperienza.

Abbiamo soggiornato diverse volte in questa accogliente struttura-residence dotata di piscina e di ogni comfort a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia. Veniamo sempre accolti dalla efficientissima Roberta che gestisce il tutto in maniera perfetta ed organizzata. Dalla prima volta che abbiamo soggiornato n questa struttura siamo sempre ritornati, sicuramente ci ritorneremo e lo consigliamo a tutti.

Il Residence Podere San Giuseppe è un’oasi di tranquillità immersa nel verde. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi e ben curati, ideali per una vacanza rilassante. La piscina è perfetta per rinfrescarsi nelle giornate estive. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere le spiagge e il centro di San Vincenzo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

L'emplacement de la résidence est bien car proche de la mer, de la gare de San Vincenzo et des villages à visiter. Il est essentiel d'avoir un véhicule pour trouver une pizzeria ou un restaurant et pour les déplacements. Roberta à la réception est disponible pour répondre aux questions et donner des conseils. En plus, elle parle et comprend très bien le français. Très belle piscine, appartement propre et résidence bien entretenue.
